Nestled inside the exotic Maderas del Carmen the scenic landscape that surrounds the unique structure is home to rare and endangered species. Preserving this delicate natural environment while creating a cozy interior the creative was crafted using materials such as river rocks pine wood rammed earth and concrete!
The lower level of the house contains the open living area kitchen and dining space that overlook the dramatic views on offer and welcome the outdoors inside. The double-height living space with large glass windows wooden slats on the outside and a cozy fireplace at its heart ends up being the hip and happening social zone here!
But the beautiful private residence in Australia takes a different approach to space maximization as it arranges spaces in a series of internal steps to not just create the impression of a breezy cheerful home but also to make the most of the city views on offer. Designed by Tim Stewart Architects this modern home is all about organizational skill and meticulous planning!
The presence of this ply clad addition saves space helps in better organization of the rest of the house and also delineates the kids’ playroom from the living area without the use of additional walls.
