The task of altering this old warehouse and its existing ambiance and interior spatial arrangement fell to Chris Dyson Architects who combined the past and the present of the discarded structure to give it a new lease of life.

Spa-style bathrooms an indoor swimming pool and other expansive spaces complement the style and theme of the remarkable one-of-a-kind mansion.
Modern extensions to classic homes often take inspiration from the existing setting and the idea is to find that delicate balance between the existing and the new with one space flowing into the other.
Exposed brick walls at the entrance wooden ceiling turnbuckles and beams blend in effortlessly with contemporary elements while a refined color scheme that is dominated by white and gray defines the cool cultured ambiance indoors.
The lower level of the house contains the open living area kitchen and dining space that overlook the dramatic views on offer and welcome the outdoors inside. The double-height living space with large glass windows wooden slats on the outside and a cozy fireplace at its heart ends up being the hip and happening social zone here!
